Since 1984, Bimetalix has been serving the food processing industry with uncompromising quality. In 1992, we initiated an aggressive growth strategy. The existing plant doubled in size as did the number of machine tools and in-house capabilities. Today we are a fully integrated manufacturer of scraped surface heat exchanger cylinders.

Our manufacturing process begins with a rough form of steel, nickel or stainless steel; some are castings while other components are rough tubing. We process the raw material through a number of different machining operations or processes depending on the technology of the particular cylinder. Some of these operations include: trepanning, honing, our unique centrifugal casting, and precision CNC lathing. The end result is a finished cylinder made by Bimetalix's skilled employees in a modern manufacturing facility.
